Une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al en 2019 a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que chaque heure suppl\u00e9mentaire pass\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux augmente le risque de sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs chez les adolescents. Le rapport de l\u2019association britannique <strong>The Royal Society for Public Health<\/strong> souligne que des plateformes comme Instagram et TikTok peuvent accentuer les pens\u00e9es suicidaires chez les jeunes vuln\u00e9rables. En France, une \u00e9tude de la Fondation Jean Jaur\u00e8s (2022) note une hausse alarmante des scarifications chez les adolescents, en grande partie influenc\u00e9e par l\u2019exposition \u00e0 des contenus mettant en avant ces comportements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Troubles alimentaires et image corporelle<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jeunes, notamment les filles, sont particuli\u00e8rement sensibles aux images id\u00e9alis\u00e9es diffus\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. L\u2019\u00e9tude interne de Facebook (r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e par le Wall Street Journal en 2021) a montr\u00e9 que <strong>32 % des adolescentes trouvent qu&rsquo;Instagram aggrave leur image corporelle<\/strong>. Selon l\u2019<strong>Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS)<\/strong>, <strong>12 % des adolescents sont \u00e0 risque de d\u00e9velopper un trouble du jeu vid\u00e9o<\/strong>, ce qui peut provoquer des troubles de l\u2019humeur, de l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 et un isolement social accru.
